BEFORE
I started my journey in 2014 at 258 lbs. I had always been overweight, but I realized I was struggling to do basic everyday tasks - like walking. So I started walking. 5 miles. Everyday! I made small changes to my diet, like including a salad with my pizza. I didn’t go on a “huge” weight loss journey. I just wanted to be better, a little better every day.
Presently
Never, not once, did I ever consider I would be who I am today. I am blessed to be able to help people every day fall in love with their potential. I can deadlift 350 lbs, I can squat 300 lbs, and I can bench 135 lbs. And most importantly, I feel good about the choices I make daily. I feel good about who I am, and who I’m becoming. It’s not about what I weigh on a scale, it’s about the strength of my mind. I look forward to continuing to grow and becoming my best self daily, and helping others do the same is blessing of it all!
This isn’t an after photo, because there is no finish line. Evolving is a continuous journey!
